Certification
Dr Provenzano is certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He is also certified by the American Heart Association as a Clinical Hypertension Specialist.
Education
Dr Provenzano’s medical degree is from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI and his Nephrology Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Jacobi Medical Center in New York.
