- Arrival Time: Be sure to arrive on time for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork or check-in procedures. Typically, your visit at the Access Center is around an hour.
- Documents: Bring your ID, insurance cards, and any relevant medical records or referral forms.

- Medications: Bring a list of any medications you’re currently taking, including dosages and frequencies.

When to call?
- Bleeding longer after dialysis
- Arm is swollen
- Machine is beeping during treatment (ie high venous pressure)
- Trouble getting needles in for dialysis
- Access feels pounding or different than normal
- Not getting good clearances at dialysis
- A bump is forming, getting bigger or tight and shiny looking
- Catheter not function well
