About Us - St. Clair Nephrology

St. Clair Nephrology’s primary focus is clinical and consult nephrology. We also specialize in vascular surgery, hypertension, and dialysis. Our physicians provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care.

In 1988, Dr. Robert Provenzano, joined Dr. Joseph Beals’ established nephrology practice to form St. Clair Nephrology. Since then the organization has grown and spread across Michigan. Our growth is fueled by unwavering dedication to our patients and their needs.
