Welcome to St. Clair Specialty Physicians PC, a multi-specialty practice that is fully integrated to serve patients with Chronic Kidney Disease and kidney failure requiring dialysis.  Our multi-specialty practice lives our mission to “Provide state of the art medical care by incorporating the science and art of medicine with compassion, integrity and dignity for all patients”.

St. Clair Specialty Physicians PC is a unique practice composed of highly trained specialists in kidney disease, hypertension, vascular surgery, internal medicine, kidney stone disease, anemia, kidney and pancreas transplantation and oncology.  In addition to the integrated care provided for kidney patients, each sub-specialty independently practices in their area of expertise providing you with state-of-the-art care in vascular surgery, oncology and internal medicine as well as nephrology.
