Rachel Neilitz, PA-C
"As a new patient, it can be a scary thing to see a new group of providers for kidney transplantation. My objective is to make this experience a pleasant one so that each patient’s individual needs are met. I hope to educate you and empower you to take control over your disease process and ultimately move forward in hopes of a successful transplantation.”
