Kathy Root, LPN

"Caring for cancer patients for many years has been a very rewarding experience by supporting them and their families through the devastating impact of the diagnosis of malignancy. Providing emotional support is as important as caring for their physical needs and this is best accomplished by patience, willingness to listen, availability, communication, and compassion.  I apply the same principles to the nephrology patients that require intravenous iron."
