The SCSP office on Detroit's Upper East Side is our largest clinical presence.  Our patient care facilities are connected directly to St. John Hospital and Medical Center for easy access.

Our offices our are on the first floor of Professional Building Two.  Nephrology and Internal Medicine physicians treat patients in Suite 150. Our Vascular department is in Suite 170.

Free parking is located in the East parking deck and the front parking lot.  In the deck, patient parking is on level three where a bridge connects to PB2.
